- Select "Free Shipping" as your shipping option.
- Orders are shipped using the fastest available Ground service at time of order
- Orders will typically be delivered within 3-7 business days, but your items may arrive sooner if you live near one of our global distribution centres.
- Submit your order, sit back, and enjoy Free Shipping.
Restrictions
The following restrictions apply to the Free Shipping promotion.
- Promotion applies to consumer and veterinarian orders only.
- Canceling items or changing your shipping address, speed, or preference might affect your order's eligibility for Free Shipping.

- You will not receive Free Shipping on your order if items are canceled that bring your total below $50.
